Start at your feet and move up your body.
Brush your skin using wide, circular, clockwise motions.
Use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin and harder pressure on thicker skin.
Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, legs, and mid-section. You should brush upward towards your armpits.
After dry brushing, take a shower or bath to help remove dead skin.
Then moisturise your skin, ideally with a body oil such as Garrigue Body Oil.
Dry brushing is not suitable for very sensitive skin or anyone suffering from skin conditions.

This is a good brush for sensitive skin since the bristles are very soft. We don't recommend using this on broken skin.
It's entirely up to you on how hard you brush. You don't want to hurt yourself but you want it to be effective. Start by applying a lighter pressure until you work your way up to a pressure that suits your skin.

A great tool to use first thing in the morning, before you shower. It will wake you up, get your blood circulating and prep your skin for the day ahead. Start at your feet and always brush up towards your heart. Work your way up the body using large, circular, sweeping motions. Only brush down on your stomach.
Yes, it is normal for skin to have a pink/ reddish tone after dry brushing, this means that it's working. Just make sure you don't go overboard and brush skin too hard if the redness doesn't go down after a shower.
